Authenticated relay so a Hermes box that is not on a public hermes serve can still chat with the iPhone app. The phone never opens inbound ports. The agent only makes outbound HTTPS.
API is under /v1. Pair from the Chatties app: Can't reach this agent? The sidecar keeps a hibernating WebSocket open and reconnects when it drops.
